This office is managed by professionals and it shows. A friendly greeting awaits and the wait- time, if any, is brief. Sharon is my hygienist and she’s the best. Punctual, skillful, friendly, and thorough at her job. It’s a pain-free experience with Sharon. Dr. Sagio’s chair-side manner puts you at ease. He, too, instills confidence that you are receiving the best dental care at MFD!

Dr Skala and his hygienist as well as the whole practice was wonderful They explained what was happening before during and after as well gave me the option as how to proceed I am very tense about going to the dentist but I was very comfortable and had no pain after an extraction… It was a great experience and highly recommend the whole office…

Let me start from the beginning. After years of having a fear of dental work my teeth unfortunately had seen a better day. While driving past Massapequa family dentistry office, I took note of the FAMILY mention on the business sign and decided to take a chance and make an appointment. I have to say that from the onset, interacting with the staff that handled appointments,Beth,the dental hygienist, Nancy, and Dr. Saggio and the rest of his staff were not only extremely professional, but also compassionate and comforting throughout my dental correction process. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental practice to anyone who reads this review and beyond

Greatest dental office in America. I've been here for Dr Marin, Dr. Mogen, and Dr Saggio, that adds up to 57 years the hygienists are all excellent too. I just don't know how they do it. They are warm, caring, patient and absolutely professional. The best dental practice bar none. Because of them I still have EVERY single tooth in my head.
I feel like family whenever I come to MFD. Dr Saggio is a personable kind hearted professional. Nancy shows a genuine concern and is a true professional.
Saw the new dentist , Dr Schala- and he was excellent- very thorough and gentle and gave me options. I had a cleaning and he found a badly infected tooth that needed a cap. In order to save me commuting time he did the first appointment that same day. He used a very high tech scanning machine to check my bite and to order the precise measurements of the cap. The procedure was difficult as it was far in my mouth yet it was painless. I highly recommend him and grateful he is affiliated with the practice.

I was in for my 4 month cleaning and as usual my dental hygienist Sharon was amazing. She took x-rays performed all the necessary procedures and I was again pleased with the results.
Went for a cleaning with hygienist Nancy. She is the BEST. Very friendly, gentle, and extremely good at her job. Staff and the dentists very friendly. The dental work performed is top notch. It is worth the drive (25 miles) to get my dental work done here.

My family has been going to this dentist for decades. My grandfather still goes here and even though I live an hour+ away I make the trip to come back. It’s important to find a dentist you can trust. The hygienists really listen to you and do a thorough job. Dr. Saggio takes the time at the end of your appointment to field any concerns and I never leave with questions, just clear answers. I can’t recommend this dentist office enough.

Everyone at this dental practice responds to the patient’s needs with polite professionalism. The front desk always is attentive and greets patients promptly. Additionally, their schedule runs like clockwork as in four years there’s never been a wait-time. Sharon, one of the hygienists, does a careful and comprehensive quarterly cleaning without any discomfort. Dr. Saggio is remarkable. I had an old filling replaced and felt absolutely nothing- not even a pinch from the Novocain. Diane, the doctor’s dental assistant, rounds out this group of professionals with her skills and winning disposition. This practice functions like a well oiled machine while truly appreciating and respecting its patients.
I’m a new patient. The office was clean. I was taken promptly. Everyone in the office was friendly and kind. To be honest it was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. Looking forward to going again.
All of the people there are so very nice and Dr. Doug Saggio is one of the Best Dentist around. He is honest, he tells you all of your options, above all always tries his best to save any tooth before recommending a crown .

Very professional - take care of all your concerns
I have been a patient at this practice for 58 years. First Dr. Marvin Marin filled my cavities and Vera cleaned my teeth and gave me fluoride treatments. Then Dr. Mogen came on board. Dr Saggio joined him and now Dr. Polymeric has joined the practice. I don't know what it is, but there is something about the place that attracts the most amazing people. Everyone, from the front desk to the hygienists to the Doctors, they are all caring professionals who greet you with a warm welcome and watch out for your best interests till the minute you walk out the door and beyond. Book keeping is also as pleasant as can be. if you need a dentist make an appointment, you will be a patient for life. Just like me! I even took Dr polymeric aside and told him he was on hollowed ground and that he should consider himself fortunate to be working in such a special place. Dr Marin would be very proud

The dentists, hygienists and staff are all so trustworthy, professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The office is always spotless and one of the cleanest medical offices always. We have been patients of this practice for 39 years. The dentists, hygienists, and other professionals of the practice have always been caring, flexible and responsive to our needs and have added new technology over the years. Our grown children have used them, when they did not live at a great distance and were happy with the results.

Showed me the right way to floss and within 2 days one of my gums already stopped bleeding! Dr. Saggio was very friendly as well during the check after the cleaning. Great experience. Even with all of the challenges as a result of COVID I was seen on time and felt very comfortable with all ofbthe precautions put in place. My hygienist was fantastic and I was out within an hour. Cant ask for much more.
